Plans will be made in advance!
You and your Romance Concierge will make plans in advance with the date, time and location for your romantic occasion to take place. We like at least a 1 hour time frame to setup to make sure that your romantic setting is completed and awaiting your arrival.
If you are staying at a hotel, you will also need to let the front desk clerk (the
one on shift for that evening) know that someone will be coming into your room to put a romantic surprise together for your significant other so that they make sure to leave a key at the front desk for the Romance Concierge. You will also need to give the front desk clerk your Concierge's full name so that she can show her drivers license upon arrival. Please check with the front desk to guarantee that the key has been left at the front desk before leaving out as we will not be responsible nor will any refunds be given if we cannot enter the room to decorate.
If you will be staying at a private vacation rental, you will need to make plans with your romance planner in advance as to how she will be able to get into the vacation home/condo to decorate.
Timing is everything!
You and your significant other will leave the room/location by the time that you had already planned in advance with your
Romance Concierge and arrive back to the location no earlier or later than the scheduled time.
The reason that you do not show up any earlier than you planned in advance is that we may still be decorating the room and it will ruin the surprise.
The reason that you do not want to show up any later than the planned time is that your romance package may
include items/services that cannot be left unattended or left out in the room for a long period of time. This may include items such as real candles, chocolate covered strawberries, a bubble bath, etc.
Please note that we cannot leave real buring candles/fires unattended so arrangements will be made according to your occassion. Either you will show up before your significant other, or your Romance Concierge will decorate with tea light candles (battery operated).
Payment
PayPal/Check/Money Order
Payment for services are typically made in advance by PayPal or by check/money order. If you are sending your payment by check/money order, it must be received within 2 weeks of the romance date to ensure it clears in time.
If you are paying by Paypal, we will email you a link to pay for our services once you have decided on a package, date and location. Please keep in mind, that no reservation is guaranteed until payment has been received.
Cash Payments Day Of
We do make exceptions for last minute romantic setups on the day of, so if you have a last minute romantic evening planned and you have no internet access to pay by PayPal, payment MUST be left in a sealed envelope at the front desk of your hotel and specific arrangements must be made with your Romance Concierge. There is an additional $50.00 courier pickup fee added to your total for this last minute service.
